All sales that are paid for with card are subject to a 3% card fee on the total of the sale. To avoid this fee, you can pay with cash.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit, where applicable. For appointments valued at $200 or more or within a scheduled duration of 60 minutes or longer, require at least 7 days notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment date may result in a $100 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. No-shows or same day cancellations may be subject to a full service charge at company discretion. We have a 15 minute grace period on all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time then you may be marked as a no-show resulting in a full service charge. 

​To confirm your appointment, we require a valid card on file or a $50 deposit if you prefer not to use a card. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they hold your reserved time. Consultations are complimentary, but no-shows will be subject to a $25 fee to cover the reserved time.

We will always do our best to accommodate whether that be waiving a fee for rescheduling within a certain period, or applying fee to a future treatment done within a certain amount of time. Accommodations vary based on your unique situation and standing as a client and is offered at the discretion of the business.
